Benchmarking your Deduction Performance – This Attain Academy workshop will allow companies to benchmark their own deduction performance against the results of the 2009 Credit Research Foundation Deduction Survey in which over 700 companies across 36 different industries responded. You will be given a template in which to record your company’s performance to compare against the composite responses as well as the top 5 industries reporting (including, Apparel & Footwear, Food & Grocery, Consumer Electronics, Cosmetics Health & Beauty Aids, and Toys Games & Sporting Goods). Best practice tips and suggestions to improve your performance will be provided for each measure discussed.
