Effective Deduction Reporting – Building on the Attain Academy seminar – Measuring Performance & Managing Scorecards, this workshop will walk you through the basic “book of reports” you need to effectively manage your company’s deduction process. We will review the basic deduction data elements you need to track and measure and show you report formats to help you manage analyst effectiveness as well as measure overall deduction performance.
